I've been pretty uninteresting lately, haven't I? Ah well, I have some interesting news!

At the end of July, my work is moving to a new office in 1188 West Georgia (map linky). The building isn't superbly new, but it does have plenty of nice perks compared to our last place. There are lots of fast elevators that show the weather forecast and talk politely to you. There's a gym that's free for tenants to use.

The suite is nice too. It came fully-furnished, laid-out, and wired. There's a conference room with an amazing corner view of Robson street. Compared to the new space, our current office is decidedly cramped. Everyone is excited and looking forward to moving in.

There's lots to do. I've made a scale drawing of the suite and the furniture we want to keep in order to figure out how to lay things out. I've also been corresponding with our telecomm and internet service providers to figure out how/when to move our service and how we can get the best deal.
