I don't think I have ever had as much unbridled hate for a fictional character as I do for Lt. Felix Gaeta right now.

There's a line in the movie "The Mummy" which I think is perfect for this situation. Rachel Wiess' Character says to one of the antagonist characters. "Nasty weezly little men like you always get their comeupence in the end" You'll get yours too "Mr." Gaeta, oh such comeupence you'll get muahahahahaha

The thing that makes me most angry is that he's essentially a good character, but unpleasant experiences and bitterness are motivating him to do what he damn-well-knows are awful things. He's just found ways to rationalize them in his own mind.
Posted on January 31, 2009 04:09 PMI'm not so sure he is a good character. I've found him selfish and uncaring since the beginning. The only time I thought maye I was wrong in disliking him was during the whole New Caprica arc, and now it turns out that he was playing both sides against the middle. He's a jerk and when he dies it won't be soon enough >:D
