And I thought, "Hmm... this isn't so bad." Because the sun was also shining down on me, and it was warm. It was almost quite pleasant. Of course, my leather jacket was getting soaked, and I wasn't sure how much of a soaking my laptop bag could take before things got critical. Ironic that if I had been naked, I would have been just fine... until the cops arrested me, anyway. Posted on April 17, 2006 05:43 PM Comments: It was definitely some interesting weather today; however, I was glad to be inside a coffee shop when one hit this morning. Posted on April 17, 2006 08:35 PMI don't know so much about being indoors today. The rain showers were actually refreshing today while I was outside digging. It was warm so it wasn't too uncomfortable, and none of the showers lasted more than a few minutes. When it might have been too warm to work the breeze kicked in and cooled it off. All in all I think today was the first really good day we've had to work outside in since the fall. Posted on April 17, 2006 09:03 PMWe've gotten some strange weather too. Hailstones the size of small oranges have dented cars all over Madison. My boss' car's side mirror was shattered. It was funny though, everyone I talked to saved at least one hailstone in their freezer. =) Posted on April 18, 2006 08:44 AMBeing naked most likely would not have helped your laptop. Posted on April 18, 2006 11:23 AMIf I was naked I wouldn't HAVE my laptop. :P Posted on April 18, 2006 12:33 PMThat makes no sense. If you don't have clothes... what? You lose your ability to carry stuff? Or you just have no use for technology Or the laptop was there as a fashion accessory and without the fashion, there is no need to accessorize? Or else you leave your valuables at home when there's a chance you'll be arrested (that's kind of smart)? Posted on April 22, 2006 04:06 PM |
