« Jokes from Nadia | Fuck the Horde » 12-24-05 Hear ye, hear ye! I write this late Christmas Eve before collapsing in a tired heap on my parent's couch. As of 7PM this evening, my friends Chris and Denai Dixon became the proud parents of a baby girl. We've tried to spread the news far and wide, but if you've been out with family (as well you should be on Christmas Eve) then I hope this post shall find you in time. Our new family has a good start thanks to the generous efforts of our closest friends. The baby's name is Andrea, whe was born at 1956hours on December the 24th, 2005. She weighed in at 8 pounds, 8 ounces (Big for Denai) and was 20.5 inches long at birth. She's beautiful and I hope you all get a chance to meet her in the near future. Merry Christmas everyone! I am really so elated for both of you!!!!!!! I am just sitting dumbfounded in the face of the realisation that... there is a new PERSON, a new LIFE where before there wasn't. A little someone named Andrea. It just hadn't hit me like this before.. from nothing comes something. Wow.
